After enabling the Watermark feature, my images are grainy

Symptoms
When enabling the Watermark feature, the resulting images appear grainy and lower resolution than before.

Cause
The original images were .PNG format, and the resulting images are converted to .JPG format. The conversion causes a loss of resolution.

Solution
Convert the .PNG images to .JPG format using high quality and replace the site images before applying the watermark feature.
