Session Authentication Required error with QBMS Gateway

Symptoms
Attempting to complete a credit card order using the QBMS payment gateway results in a "Session Authentication Required" error.

Cause
This is caused by creating a connection ticket with the "Turn on Login Security" option set to Yes.

Solution
Go to https://merchantaccount.ptc.quickbooks.com/j/sdkconnection/connectionList, and delete the existing ticket, then create a new one with that option set to No.  Copy/paste that new connection ticket in the QBMERCHANTSERVICES_ConnectionTicket AppConfig.
