How do I link to external HTTP resources like ads, images, scripts, etc without getting security errors in browers when the site switches to HTTPS mode?
Procedure
Once a site is secured, any links on your site that are not https or pointing at local resources will cause browsers to throw security errors. You should use https instead of http in your links, or link to local resources when possible. Most external resources will work fine with either http or https.
