‘Precondition failed’ error from Paymentech gateway

When processing transaction with Paymentech, the above message is displayed.

‘Precondition failed’ indicates that the store’s IP address is not properly registered with Paymentech.

Contact Paymentech and have the store’s IP address registered. Note that accounts on shared hosted sites may have to register more than one IP address, as requests on shared servers can come from a "pool" of IP addresses.
