Why Can't I Void One of my Orders?

The cart will not allow you to void an order.

The order does not meet the requirements for a void.

Orders can only be voided if they have not been captured, and/or have not passed whatever time frame your gateway allows orders to be voided in (varies by gateway).  If the order has been captured, you will have to do a refund to remove that order.  If it has not and you still cannot do the void, you will need to contact your gateway and do it through their terminal.
