Required permissions on the images folder

Synopsis
The software requires Modify/Read/Write permissions be set on the /Images folder (and the /Addins folder for version 9 software through 9.3.1.1)

Procedure
- In Windows XP: The /images folder needs to have Read & Execute, List Folder Contents, Read, Write, and Modify permissions for both the IUSR_machinename and ASPNET accounts.

- Windows Server 2003/Vista: Requires R/W/M permissions for the IUSR and NETWORK SERVICE accounts.

- For Windows 7+ and Windows Server 2008+: The user is generally IIS_IUSRS.

- For Windows 8: Windows 8 uses IIS 7.5, which pretty much handles file permissions for websites on its own through the ApplicationPoolIdentity user. If you run into any issues with file permissions during use of the software (unable to save images, encrypt the web.config, etc) then your host or server administrator has likely changed the user account that your site is running under. They will need to give that user account read/write/modify access to the web/images folder.
