With the release of version 9.1.0.1, the ML and MultiStore platforms were merged. This allows us to bring the great new features of MultiStore to all ML customers, and better focus our development efforts moving forward.
The MultiStore platform starts out at just a single store, and then scales up to additional stores later on if desired. Store owners do not have to worry about the added complexities of multiple stores if they don't want to right away, but have the ability to easily roll out more stores when the time comes!
Customers using earlier versions of the 9x platform, either ML or MultiStore, are strongly encouraged to upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible, as support for prior versions will be discontinued in June, 2011. Not only does that version contain tons of fixes, as well as updates to all 3 US shipping carrier integrations, but for current 9x customers - it's free! You can download this great new update here.
