Shiprush

ShipRush (sold separately: http://www.shiprush.com ) is an advanced package for bulk label printing and tracking number assignment. Store admins can use this software to batch process large numbers of orders.

The ShipRush integration uses the built-in WSI feature, so your site will have to be running at least version 7.0.2.1, and you will need to have WSI enabled.
