From the Products Menu, click Edit Products
This page allows you to manage existing products on your site. Use the filters at the top to narrow down the product list to assist in finding the one you wish to work on, then choose from one of the available actions:
Edit
Click this button to view/edit the product's properties. For a full list of those properties and what they do, see here.
Clone
Clicking this button creates an exact copy of the selected product. Every attribute will be duplicated (aside from the name, which will contain the "Cloned" label, the product ID, and kit group items if the original product was a kit). This can be helpful if your site sells a large number of very similar products.
Variants(#)
Clicking this button takes you to a list of all of that parent product's variants.
Ratings
From this link, you can view ratings that customers have left for your products (if ratings are enabled). See here for more information on ratings.
Delete
Clicking this button does what is called a 'soft delete'. The product will no longer appear in your admin site or on the front end, but all of the information is retained in the database. If the product needs to be restored in the future, a developer or DBA can set the "Deleted" field for that product in the Products table in your database to 0.
Nuke
Clicking this button permanently removes the product from your store and database. There is no way to recover products deleted this way.
NOTE: This page has been largely deprecated, and should not be used. Please use Product Manager instead.
