How do I set up featured products?

Synopsis
The software can display featured products in a special area on the home page.

Procedure
-Create a category called "Featured" through your admin site
-Map the products that you want to feature to that category
-Put the ID of the new category in the IsFeaturedCategoryID AppConfig
-Specify the number of products to be displayed in the NumHomePageSpecials AppConfig
