Limiting Purchase Orders to Specific Customer Levels

Synopsis
How do I only allow customers in certain customer levels to use purchase orders?

Procedure
Set the CustomerLevel0AllowsPOs AppConfg to false and add "Purchase Order" to the PaymentMethods AppConfig.  Now only customer levels with the "Level Allows Purchase Orders" attribute set to yes will be able to use POs.
