Required permissions on the images folder

Synopsis
The software requires certain permissions be set on the /images folder

Procedure
- In Windows XP, the /images folder needs to have Read & Execute, List Folder Contents, Read, Write, and Modify permissions for both the IUSR_machinename and ASPNET accounts.

- Windows Server 2003/Vista needs those permissions for the IUSR and NETWORK SERVICE accounts.

- For Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008, the user is generally IIS_IUSRS.
