To set up the PayPal Pro payment gateway:
1. In the AspDotNetStorefront admin site, go to Misc → AppConfig Parameters
2. In the Config Search box, enter “PayPal”, then click Search. Results should be shown as below:
3. The following AppConfigs will need to be populated with your personal account information, obtained from PayPal. Do not change the other AppConfigs unless instructed to do so!
- PayPal.API.Password
- PayPal.API.Signature *
- PayPal.API.Username
- PayPal.BusinessID
4. Finally, go to Misc → Run Config Wizard in the AspDotNetStorefront admin site and select “PayPal Website Payments Pro” from the Payment Gateways section. Click the “Submit” button, and your gateway setup is complete.
Note: To obtain your PayPal Signature, log into your PayPal account and go to the Profile page. Click the “API Access” link, then click “Request API Credentials” link. Choose the “API Signature” method then agree to the terms and click Submit.
