Product Types
Products are the most important part of the store, so AspDotNetStorefront works hard to offer you a wide range of possibilities for setting your products up:
Standard Products: Standard products are 'basic' products that customers add to the cart in a single step. While less complex than other product types, standard products still offer hundreds of configuration possibilities to allow for downloads, recurring products, donations, and much more. See the complete list of product attributes for more information.
Kit Products: Kit products allow customers to choose from multiple options to configure the product they're buying, before adding it to the cart.
Packs: When purchasing a Pack, customers choose multiple standard products to add to the pack, then add that pack to the cart at once. The price is taken from the pack, rather than the sum of the standard products' prices.
Creation
Standard Products, kits, and packs can all be created manually through the admin site, but they can also be imported from Excel or XML files. Note that these imports only support limited fields, many attributes are going to be set to the default values. To import products with a greater degree of flexibility, store admins will need to use WSI.
